Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website, buy from our online shop or request a quote for the Nomad mobile bar. Nomad Coffee & Conversation is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

1. Prices and orders

Prices are in South African rand. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email; if an item turns out to be unavailable we will let you know and refund it.

2. Payment

We pack orders once payment has been received. For EFT payments, use your order number as the reference.

3. Delivery and collection

• Collect free of charge from 15 Fifth Street, Killarney, Johannesburg 2193.
• Weekend delivery in Gauteng: R55 per order.
• Weekday courier delivery countrywide, Gauteng included: R75 for orders up to 5 kg, plus R5 per kg above that.

Delivery times depend on the courier and your area. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered or collected.

5. Mobile bar quote requests

Sending a booking request does not reserve a date. Your booking is confirmed only once we have sent you a quote and you have accepted it on the terms in that quote (including any deposit).

6. Product information

Photos are for illustration; packaging may change. Please read the label for ingredients and allergens, or ask us before you buy.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
